It also provides pre-painted and primed shiplap and project boards.
In the Packaging segment, UFP Industries offers customized and structural packaging products, such as pallets, corrugated materials, foam, labels, strapping, and films, catering to a variety of industries and applications.
The Construction segment is involved in supplying roof trusses, cut and shaped lumber, plywood, oriented strand boards, and dimensional lumber. It also offers engineered wood components like roof and floor trusses, wall panels, I-joists, and lumber packages, along with alternative materials components, such as metal trusses, sheathed and pre-finished light gauge metal wall panels, aluminum decks, and rail accessories. This segment also distributes siding, electrical, and plumbing products. Moreover, it engages in the manufacturing of components, the design and production of wood forms and related products used to set or form concrete for structures like parking garages, stadiums, and other infrastructure projects. UFP Industries also provides interior fixtures, millwork, and casework for retail and commercial structures.
Originally known as Universal Forest Products, Inc., the company changed its name to UFP Industries, Inc. in April 2020. Established in 1955, UFP Industries has its headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
