Management challenges are obstacles, difficulties, or inefficiencies that make it difficult for managers to achieve their goals and objectives. These challenges are common and can arise in many different forms, such as conflicts with other departments, changes in market conditions, or problems with personnel. The role of management is to overcome these challenges by identifying and addressing issues, developing solutions, and implementing strategies to prevent future problems.
